What may heart disease, back pain, asthma, headaches, depression, constipation, high cholesterol, and cirrhosis have in common? They could all be expressions of a congested liver and gallbladder. Congested by what? Gall and liver stones. A change of bile composition affects the solubility of its constituents, and "stones" may form as a result. Over time, gallstones, which also end up in the liver, grow in size and number. If not seen to, the blockages they cause may lead to serious afflictions, which makes sense, given that the liver is our organ of detoxification and also greatly aids digestion (through bile production). All up, it serves some 500 metabolic functions. Anything that interferes with this, then, likely negatively influences not only liver function, but also our sense of wellbeing as a whole.
Gallstones as possible causes of illness remain often overlooked, and, if considered, a common suggestion for removing them is surgery. Thankfully, in many cases, they can also be removed at home naturally, and without a surgeon's knife. The video below introduces an easy and powerful process that greatly supports your liver and gallbladder in their many functions by clearing out accumulated "stones", thus restoring both organs to their proper constitution. Enjoy!

THE BOOK: The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse: Natural, At-Home Flush to Purify and Rejuvenate Your Body by Andreas Moritz
I highly recommend you buy or borrow this, as it contains the exact regimen - which is strict - of how to do what when. It is good to have a written reference and you'll find yourself referring to it again and again as you progress through this process. The book contains lots of interesting additional information about this method, and also touches on kidney and GI tract health. While skeptical at first, I now find it delivers rather well on its title.
IMPORTANT: if you don't have a gallbladder anymore, you can still do this liver cleanse, albeit in a slightly different form. Definitely get the book for complete instructions!
The paragraphs below assume that you watched above video.
A WORD ON EATING: consume no more food after 1:30pm on day 6. This helps your system flush out stones easier the next day. On day 7, at 11:00am, you may eat a piece of fruit, and then gently and gradually return to normal eating habits. Go easy. Remember, you've just had surgery without surgery. Be easy on your liver.
A WORD ON SALT: you drink the Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) at 6pm, 8pm (day 6), 6am and 8am (day 7); dissolve 4 table spoons in 700ml (8 oz) of clean water to yield those four servings.
A WORD ON THE OIL MIX: 1/2 cup of cold pressed olive oil + 2/3 glass of fresh grapefruit (pink is best) juice; take at 10pm on day 6. Lie down on your back immediately, with your head slightly elevated, e.g. on two pillows instead of one. Go to sleep and let the liver do its ejection work. =)
WHEN YOU FINISHED: congratulations! You just took the first step to cleaning your liver and gallbladder. Now let three weeks pass and repeat the process until you pass no more stones in two consecutive cleanses.
GOOD TO KNOW: at the end of this process, Andreas Moritz highly recommends to take a colonic, to ensure that all stones have left your system and did not get stuck in your colon to cause further trouble. You can also do more colonics or enemas, but have at least one in the end, after your last liver cleanse. This is an all or nothing commitment, and you might as well finish the process properly to reap all its benefits. =)
Good luck with your liver cleanse! You'll be amazed at what comes out. Let me know how you go! You can use the comment section on the YouTube video, or join in on Facebook to meet like-minded people and see who else shares the liver cleansing path!
